Zoetermeer – where branding takes over from the shopping experience.

A visit to Zoetermeer city centre and the visitor is bombarded with graphics and signing that is marketing the city centre, rather than placing the focus on what can be found.

This ‘lick and stick’ approach makes for a bland environment, with every area blending into one. There is no real pace, no character or variation. The one place that was working and had footfall was PRIMARK, I wonder why?
